Consolidated accounts

Here you will find the respective consolidated financial statements of RAG-Stiftung (RAG Foundation) that are also published in the electronic Federal Gazette (www.ebundesanzeiger.de). Please note that these financial statements show the business performance and financial situation of RAG-Stiftung Group, which is - to a large extent - influenced by including the RAG Aktiengesellschaft. The consolidated financial statements of RAG-Stiftung are in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). In 2010 first-time application of the German legislation on the modernization of accounting law (BilMoG) has been taken into account.
